Not sure if a fiancée visa is the right fit? Sometimes it is better to petition a spouse instead of a fiancée due to processing time and costs. Talk to us if you have recently married or are going to and plan to bring your partner to live in the US.

Immigration Attorneys

  • Your first step is to schedule a consultation with one of our attorneys in order to study your case and propose solutions.

Please note that if you hire the firm the cost of the consult will be added to the fees in your case, making it free when you retain us as your attorneys. The purpose of the consultation is to discuss your case with one of our lawyers. There we can decide meeting how we can help you, propose any solutions that may not have been brought before in you case, and determine the cost you may incur. To do this it is important for you to bring ALL DOCUMENTS in your case. These will include any applications you have filed with immigration or, if your case involves a criminal issue alongside an immigration matter, bring all criminal records (arrests, information or charges, plea, and judgement or decision for all cases). If you are being deported please bring all documents in you case including any given to you by immigration (the most important is the NOTICE TO APPEAR).
